LONDON, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Russia on Wednesday hailed the G20 leaders' declaration, which mentions the "immense human suffering" caused by the war in Ukraine, as a "balanced text" that Russian diplomats worked hard to influence.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine dominated the G20 summit in Bali, Indonesia, with wrangling over the wording of a final document lasting until the final hours of the summit.

In a section on Ukraine - point 3 of the 52-point document - the leaders said: "Most members strongly condemned the war in Ukraine and stressed it is causing immense human suffering and exacerbating existing fragilities in the global economy - constraining growth, increasing inflation, disrupting supply chains, heightening energy and food insecurity, and elevating financial stability risks."

 

The document also noted there were "other views and different assessments of the situation" and said the G20 was "not the forum to resolve security issues".

The Kremlin published a full and accurate Russian translation of the declaration on its website - a surprising move given that the wording was sharply critical of Moscow.

The statement used the word "war", referred to "aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine" and mentioned demands from most of the G20 for Moscow's "complete and unconditional withdrawal" from Ukrainian territory.

Russian media outlets are banned from using the terms "war" or "invasion" to describe what Moscow calls its "special military operation" in Ukraine.

Laws passed after the Feb. 24 invasion set punishments of up to five years' jail for discrediting Russia's armed forces, and up to 15 years for spreading deliberately false information about them.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the final text was an achievement for Russia.

Does this text indicate that there will be a Third World War? He says that the King of the North (Russia and allies) will attack the King of the South (United States and United Kingdom) with chariots, horsemen and many ships. It hasn't happened yet, so is it proof that it will?

15 “In the time of the end the king of the south will  engage with him in a pushing,” the angel told Daniel. (Daniel 11:40a) Has the king of the south ‘pushed’ the king of the north during “the time of the end”? (Daniel 12:4, 9) Yes, indeed. After the first world war, the punitive peace treaty imposed upon the then king of the north—Germany—was surely “a pushing,” an incitement to retaliation. After his victory in the second world war, the king of the south targeted fearsome nuclear weapons on his rival and organized against him a powerful military alliance, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Concerning NATO’s function, a British historian says: “It was the prime instrument for the ‘containment’ of the USSR, which was now perceived as the principal threat to European peace. Its mission lasted for 40 years, and was carried out with indisputable success.” As the years of the Cold War went by, the “pushing” by the king of the south included high-tech espionage as well as diplomatic and military offensives.

During the second world war, the Nazi “king” flooded over his borders into the surrounding lands. At the end of that war, the successor “king” built a powerful empire. During the Cold War, the king of the north fought his rival in proxy wars and insurgencies in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. He persecuted genuine Christians, hindering—but by no means stopping—their activity. And his military and  political offensives brought a number of lands under his control. This is exactly what the angel had prophesied: “He will also actually enter into the land of the Decoration [the spiritual estate of Jehovah’s people], and there will be many lands that will be made to stumble.”—Daniel 11:41a.

Russian military has “issues” that cannot be easily solved.

Ukraine, with this move, is showing itself bolder in attacking deep into Russia. Those airbases are well within Russia, and have highlighted Russia’s poor defence of nuclear weapons air infrastructure. It has incensed ones within Russia who egg on the military to do more. Madness will descend as both sides are desperate. The poor people caught there. It’s only Jehovah who keeps them going, miraculously and by his power.

One report said the U.S. supplied HIMARS rocket launchers had been "modified" so as to lower their range.  The U.S. apparently was trying to avoid a brazen assault far into Russia.

But the Dyagilevo and Engels airfields are actually just as deep inside Russia as Moscow.

“It stays in the area for years and years. It just hangs around, it breaks down very slowly and you don’t know where it is, it’s clear, it’s colorless, it’s odorless, and unless you’re right on top of it you could be fine,”

The article is bit unclear (does not present prove that the poison was used on Ukrainian troops. Instead it says: That Putin was advised to use it. 
And again … this is what the media says …hmmm 

 

Regardless this horrible war is full of atrocities already, hope it will finish soon, but somehow I feel that it will drag on for a while.

I want to share some information about the situation in Ukraine.

Since 10 october there was 5 massive missigle attacks on Electric power supplies, every of them potencially could take Ukraine to absolute lockdown, that but:

 

1. Ukraine electric network has been build in USSR taking in mind potential nuclear attacks so has extra redundancy.

 

2.Ukraine goverment wait for attack to electrical facilities from beginning of war and made some preparations, so first 2 attacks were quickly repaired from reserves made during war.

 

3. Russian missigle arsenal significantly decreases as most high-accurate rockets are already out, production is very limited as depends from banned by sanctions components (e.g. Calibr - max 15 rokets/months, at fact - 5). Many of Soviet rockets are not accuracy and old, not making anymore, and as has keeped on storage 20-30 years sometimes explodes on start. Last attack was a "coctail" from many different rockets - this shows that thay take all that left. This not means that they will not make attacks - but that attack will actually be more rarely.

 

4. Ukraine`s Anti-weapon dependency very increased effectivity. Last attacks have only less 10% hits. When Patriots will  been got I think Kiev will be covered.

 

About situation with brothers:

Different regions has different defeats. 5-millions Kiev have serious situation when electricity can be avaliable about 4-6 hours per day. Sometimes 24 hours and more lockdowns. Sad situation is that mobile signal usually lost after 6-12 hours. But in general sitizens have many goverment points with heat water and electricity.

 

In other regions situation have be better. In Zhitomir 120 km west from Kiev, where I live, we have sometimes 2-6 electric down, of course in day of attacks sometiones 24. But we maybe 1-2 times during war faced with situation when our zoom meeting  have problem because of no electric of most publishers (mobile internet works)

Meanwhile we preparing our KH for live meetings (shelter existance nearby requirement mandatory but we found ways)

Also we already beginning Pioneer school in KH next week with personal presence 

 

Other regions have more problems. In West regions sometimes electricity is 2 hours a day, and randomly. So brothers sometimes cannot have a meetings in Zoom and meet by small groups in private houses. Schools moved to spring performing in KHs.

 

In regions which are close to war line, situation buch bad, as Russions hits not only electricity by rockets, but covering squares by artillery, short-range cheap but dead rockets etc.

 

But in general we are not lose joy. Already get used for some thing. Many people remembered same situations with electricity in 90-th, when USSR collapsed. As people in general have no panic, so Jehowah people all the more so.
