Our beloved member Old/Jerry has passed away. 89 years of age. A dear friend of many on the Forum.

I enjoyed knowing him on the forum and look forward to meeting him in person in the New System when we are both without the difficulties of old age and imperfection

Prayers for his family and friends, he was a very wise man and I will miss his posts here.

This is hard. I’ve known him since I was a teen-ager. His family was my family. I so hoped he’d be able to see this system come down. However, this is so temporary. I remember a CO not that long ago who said words to this effect. If you pass away now, the sentence does not end with a period, but comma. See you in a bit, my dear friend. 
Oh, his wife’s name is Gertrude, or Gertie. I’m sure she would appreciate our prayers in her behalf.
