Court seeks to understand at what rate law based Ministry of Justice, claiming that the local religious organization (MPO) are "structural units" of the Administrative Center. The Ministry of Justice considers that it is logical, because the organization read the same books, and linked. Court asks how it is in this case meets the requirements of legal certainty. Does this not violate the European Convention enshrined the right to freedom of religion? After all, it was denied in bringing 395 companies to participate in the case as a respondent. Questions remain without clear answers.

What is objectively proved? If nothing, then what are the claims of the Ministry of Justice based on?

A layman's summary:

So the Ministry of Justice is claiming that our 395 congregations are "structural units" - or directly connected to the "Administrative Center"(Branch/Headquarters) and therefore part of the ban/liquidation.

But our lawyers are asking, "But how can you even consider these 395 connected to the Headquarters/Branch when on WED you refused to allow all 395 to be part of this case in which they are all going to be directly affected if banned and liquidated?"
