On my android, with this option turned on, a triple tap of a single finger works.

Tried it. Agree. Love it!

Can someone please upload a screengrab of where it is?  I don't see a "General" tab in my JW library settings. Thanks.

It isn't a JWL setting. It's in your electronic device settings.

I seem to have lost the monthly video presentations   ...   Where are this months video presentations in the "Apply Yourself" section?   ...   and how do we access them in our app?   ...   http://wol.jw.org/en/wol/dt/r1/lp-e/2016/6/17

Go to the meeting tab in the app and change the week to June 6-12. While looking at the Life and Christian  meeting, tap the media icon in the upper right hand corner (looks like a musical note) and the presentations should be there.

I am amazed!!! On my Note 3 phone (no longer with a carrier..just an extra "small tablet" now), I tap my meeting tab in the menu and when the meeting comes up I tap the calendar icon (next to the music note (media tab) and guess what??? My weekly meetings go back to May/2014!!! Kingdom Ministries instead of Workbooks!! Does anyone else have meetings back to 2014? None of our other phones or tablets have this! :coffee:

On my iPad and android the meetings tab went only to May 2016.

The funny thing was that when I tapped meetings, the Watchtower came up but it was a different subject! Then when I looked closer I saw it was June 2014, not 2016..Then I switched to the midweek meetung and it was the June 2014 Kingsom Ministry!! :coffee:

Change the date on your Note 3 to 2016.

You are correct! Now that I changed the date the calendar list starts in 2016! But the puzzling thing is...why did the 2014 meeting material even show before..KMs and 2014 Watchtowers!!!??

I recreated the problem on my PC and the older material showed up, that's why I suspected that your date was wrong. I don't know why the older KM and WT would show up, that's pretty cool but not useful.

They showed probably because you had downloaded them previously. They could of geared the meeting tab to start from the time the JW Library app was created.

Don't live for the moment - live for the future! :D

On my Windows 10 desktop computer, under the Watchtower tab, for the years of 2004 through 2007,  it shows all of the magazines in one group.  Then under study edition it lists January 1, February 1, March 1, April 1, etc. all the way to December 1.  One year is missing March 1.  I downloaded in the first group but did not download the same magazines in the study group.  I don't think I need duplicates.  Actually, there were no separate study editions all the way back then.

I just looked at my listing.  All of the Watchtower magazines show complete years with no "study" editions from 2000 to 2007 but one year is missing September 1 (2006). I am running Windows 10 on a Dell desktop computer.  On my Windows 10 tablet, the issues from 2007 back to 2000 show the title "Study edition" but there is no "Public Edition" and all of them are in sequence Jan 1, Jan 15, Feb 1, Feb 15, etc.  September 1 2006 i still missing on this tablet as well.

For 2006, September 1 is on mine in the first group.  But when I scroll to the right and look at the "STUDY EDITION" group September 1 is missing there.

Also in 2007, March 1 is there in the first group but when I scroll right, March 1 is skipped under the "STUDY EDITION" group.

As I said before,  there were no separate study editions all the way back then.
