Even a large EQ in WA would probably not reach us. SA? yes. Or are we talking aftershocks of 'the news bulletin' .. lol.

Lots here in NZ get upset when the Broadcasting isn't up on the Monday - we forget it's Sunday everywhere else.

does anyone use either 360 or 480. I use 240 on phone, 720 (highest) at hall

I use 360 or 480 sometimes on my phone when I feel 240 is too low-res. 360 and 480 is a good compromise between the two. Often, there are no that big difference in size either.

I manage audio and video equipments at our hall, and we use 720 there. (highest)

I am sure all our videos are taken at much higher qualities. 1080 if not 4k. There are equipments available to produce videos of that quality even for independent producers.

One of the most practical JWB editions to date. Stresses the importance of getting the Bible into our minds and hearts and off the printed page. I love how the brothers fight the worldly idea that God doesn't care about us and doesn't listen to us, and doesn't help us.

He does, just not in the ways we expect.

Family opposition is all too familiar with us. It happened when my mother got baptized. But the brothers and sisters were there. Great job this month!

Maybe best medium for worldwide average distribution (currently).

It may well ramp up as time moves forward...

On my phone 240 is good enough...

Just a side note... does anyone use either 360 or 480. I use 240 on phone, 720 (highest) at hall...

i use 240 for videos on my phone and 720 on my PC

Just a side question ...why the highest resolution is only 720? no full HD available? (The studio equipment they use, is high tech)

Anyone knows reasons?

So...720p image is 1,280 pixels wide (a total of 921,600 pixels), while a 1080i and 1080p image are both 1,920 pixels wide ( a total of 2,073,600).

It is a much greater outlay for not a lot of benefit to the greater number.

If you film in HD and relay in 720 it is still clearer than the old cameras.

So for the most part...the saving in data is back to around 47% by not offering HD.

While the US sports 52% of homes with a HD TV, most other countries are going to be lagging...

I think my heart is dead. I never have the tears others do. I love all our Broadcasts- am touched and appreciative of everything. But I'm never weeping.  :(

Oh well.. *sigh*  🥀

Everyone is different, who knows there's somebody weeping from emotion over Brother Splanes talk about biblical chronology but remains dry eyed when watching one of the resurrection videos. There are some things I weep profusely at and my family just looks at me funny... This month's program was definitely touching and I felt a lump in my throat a few times.  I loved the original song and it's storyline, and the Egyptian brothers  experience but I didn't actually shed any tears.

No, Sister Uani. I beg to differ. On the contrary, that's the hallmark of a strong character. I'm not easily swayed by "tears". There are better indicators of a heart that is spiritually pumping and alive. Being "touched" and "appreciative" is definitely the proper guage. And you've got that. 👏 So, why *sigh* ?🤔

No your heart isn't dead ... I remember many of your posts that indicate quite the opposite ... you can't be a Witness with a dead heart and from what I see - you cling to the truth for dear life ... nah you all good my sis ... just keep hanging in there.  Remember romans 8 - where the spirit makes supplication when those feelings are like a deep well and you are unable to express them. Jehovah can see into the bowels of us ... he sees all those emotions that aren't coming to the surface, either by choice or by circumstances. Loveya Hope.

Most of the singers I know would never want everyone to know it’s them. In many cases not even the friends in their own congregation know it’s them. It might be that pioneer who doesn’t make too much noise or give ‘unremarkable’ talks.
