Tourists and locals in Bali rocked by a magnitude 5.5 earthquake on Monday afternoon say the experience was a “scary but memorable” one.

The quake was felt 63km south east of Denpasar just after 4.30pm .....

 

So far no injuries or aftershocks have been reported and the weather bureau have not issued a tsunami warning.

A 6.5 magnitude quake just struck China at a shallow depth, 10 miles down.

At first, I thought it was in a really remote area.  But it looks like there is a sizeable town nearby.
