After reading the jw.org, News on what happened to the two brothers and two sister's their wives, only an ACT OF GOD, can bring about justice for them and the rest of God's people in all Russia, and other territories that hate the name of Jehovah our God, and the rest of this vile system controlled invisibly by his adversary and our enemy.  Yes, indeed, Jehovah in his appointed time WILL TAKE CARE OF the King of the North and it's allies!  Pray for all continually, pray for those couples, to stay focused and get the best comfort from our father, their father, our God their God.  And what a unselfish act of courage for 300 of our brothers/sisters' showed up at the detention center to give support for those arrested and beaten to a pulp, and violated bodies.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.  The Russian government and authorities are stymied by the fact that they can't break the Witnesses or stop them from loving their God.  They are continually "upping" their game in hopes that they can get just one to break their integrity and squeal on their brothers and sisters.  They are absolutely infuriated that none of the tactics they use for anyone else is working on Jehovah's people.  So they keep escalating the intimidation tactics and physicality on them.  Now they are even seperating husband and wives and beating them - can you imagine being your wife's protector and hearing her getting hit while she is handcuffed?!! I'm sure they thought this would surely get a man to tell where other brothers and sisters are - he could keep this from happening to his wife if he did.  The next step will be to hold a gun to the head of a loved one and threaten to shoot right then and there if they don't give up the information they want (if they haven't already).

Not much to be said about a country that imprisons hard-working, honest, tax-paying, caring citizens for taking a nature hike and talking about spiritual things.  It's absolutely disgusting to me, I can only imagine how Jehovah feels.  It would be so difficult to see these things happening to the people you love and still wait for the exact right time to stop it all.  Jehovah is not only the King of the Universe, he's the King of Endurance as well!

Don't live for the moment - live for the future! :D

In an unexpected act, 3 JW´s were acquired in Russia! :ecstatic:

In Sverdlovsk oblast, a high-profile criminal case against devotees of the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses (considered extremist and forbidden in Russia) Alexander Prianikov, Venera Dulovaya, and Darya Dulovaya ended in a verdict of acquittal. These persons were the first adherents of the movement in the region to come to the notice of law enforcement. The verdict may affect other cases that are also being considered by courts.

Secular news about the intensification of JW persecution in Russia:

Some have suggested the size of the denomination threatens the Russian Orthodox Church, a close ally of the Kremlin.

Putin may calculate that the Witnesses are a perfect target to send a broader message because they are sufficiently unpopular in many places that few are likely to be willing to come to their active defense. Thus, Putin can attack without fear of the adverse consequences he would suffer in the case of others

The Witnesses do have a center in the US, Verkhovsky continues, but so do other denominations which have been banned in Russia. What makes them stand out, he suggests, is that they are “a large organization which doesn’t want to have anything to do with the authorities” besides registering and paying taxes. For the Kremlin, that makes them “suspicious.”

Breaking news!

NEWS ALERT | European Court Issues Landmark Judgment Against Russia in Favor of Jehovah’s Witnesses

On June 7, 2022, the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) released a landmark judgment against Russia in favor of Jehovah’s Witnesses. The ECHR declared that it was unlawful for Russia to ban Jehovah’s Witnesses. It ordered Russia to discontinue all pending criminal proceedings against Jehovah’s Witnesses, to release all those in prison, as well as to return all the confiscated properties or pay adequate compensation.

Will this happen? If Jehovah wants, if it´s the right time... it will happen... But I doubt Kirill will allow Putin to release them.

The two bills passed the Duma the same day that the ECHR ruled on a complaint filed by Russian members of Jehovah’s Witnesses, a banned Christian group that for decades has been viewed with suspicion in Russia.

But the implementation of the ruling will be blocked if Putin signs the bills into law.

well we all know how this will end…

But Russia seems unlikely to carry out the judgment, with lawmakers swiftly passing legislation Tuesday to end the ECHR’s jurisdiction. The bill, which must now be approved by Russia’s upper house of parliament and signed by President Vladimir Putin, sets March 16 as the cut-off date for recognized rulings.

The court itself had said it would continue receiving claims from Russia until Sept. 16, when it would no longer be party to the European Convention on Human Rights.

The ECHR has been one of the few remaining legal recourses for Russians to seek justice for political persecution and human rights violations.

An association of Russian lawyers said last week it was developing a domestic alternative to the ECHR.

The Council of Europe, which oversees the court, suspended then expelled Russia in March following its invasion of Ukraine

In a couple of hours three of my friends in Sevastopol will hear the final court sentence. Persecutor asked for 7,5 years in prison.

Please, pray for them.

We constantly pray for our dear brothers and sisters in Russia, Ukraine, Crimea and all the "stan's", but somehow they still get sentenced, fined, tortured, put under house arrest, imprisoned and constantly they prove Satan a coward and a liar because no matter what happens to them - their faith and courage is strengthened , not weakened and they face their situations with dignity, always keeping their Christian personalities.  It astounds me!  They encourage us to no end and yet they are enduring so much.  They are showing all of us, it can be done, you can face Satan head on and be victorious - even if you are an 87 year old seriously ill sister who was sentenced to 6 years in prison - or a disabled brother or a 70 year old sister who just suffered a stroke and they put her in prison anyways. Satan is powerless to break any of them and it absolutely infuriates him, the more he tries, the more they cling to their God Jehovah.  Satan is the feeble, weak, disabled one here!  He has no power whatsoever over all our dear brothers and sisters to influence them against Jehovah.

Don't live for the moment - live for the future! :D

The Russian government would probably release all our brothers if they would agree to fight in their war against Ukraine, but they would never agree to that - making the government even more infuriated against Jehovah's people.  They can't break them no matter what they do or what they offer them after they've taken everything away.  Putin has met his match because their love for Jehovah wipes away all fear of what could happen to them - it has made them more courageous than he could ever imagine or hope to be.

If his hatred for JEhovah's people wasn't so strong he would probably secretly admire us.  (reminds you of another brutal dictator around the time of WWII).

It s being spread the cruel lie that Jw in Russia are preparing a coup against Putin.
The statement is by a well-known Russian lawyer, Alexander Korelov, which regularly helps or represents leading anti-cultists such as Alexander Dvorkin who has been against JW for a long time.

i wont post the source because reading is not upbuilding.
i can share by pm.

praying for our brothers and sisters. More campaigns with lies are on the way.
