Not familiar with the video of that doctor Judy but shawnster you have to know that Google and YouTube are a agenda-driven company they throttle anybody if they don't fit into their agenda

At the same time they let all kinds of conspiracy theorist nut jobs preach their attention seeking messages without removing their videos.  YouTube's standards really are not of journalistic nature and they don't care if the videos they host are sharing truth or fiction.

You'll notice from the link I shared that the subject person of the video has been discredited by multiple sources and revealed to be a complete fraud.  YouTube's agenda is irrelevant.

COVID-19: UN and partners launch $6.7 billion appeal for vulnerable countries

Humanitarians are seeking nearly $7 billion to protect millions of lives and halt the spread of COVID-19 in more than 60 of the world’s most fragile countries.

The updated Global Humanitarian Response Plan, launched on Thursday, provides help and protection that prioritize the most vulnerable in society, such as older people, people with disabilities, and women and girls.

I was contacted by a supervisor on 1 of my jobs, he asked me what my protocols for cleaning with the covid19 virus in mind.  I forwarded the E mail to my daughter because she  Subcontracts on that job, she told me that a seafood processing building across the street had two people diagnosed with the virus on Tuesday and then just yesterday, Wednesday, they had 11 more test positive! Apparently there was a lot of shaming going on, if you didn't show up for work you are called all kinds of names and were harassed.

You poor cleaners!  It's true about the shaming.  Any little cough or sniffle, you have to consider it might be coronavirus and self-quarantine til you know, testing preferably.  I know it goes against the grain to do that, as we all soldier on with our minor coughs and colds...  But not now.  Please be careful Cheryl!

Let them eat coronavirus

Trump is willing to let thousands die to save his re-election.

No matter how high that body count gets — and Dr. Tom Frieden, a former CDC chief, testified that there will be “at least 100,000” COVID-19 deaths by the end of May — it won’t obscure Trump’s focus on himself. He has always believed a strong economy, one that overwhelmingly benefits his big money pals and supporters, is his best path to a second term. He’ll lose no sleep if that path is paved with the dead

Last month, the federal government ordered 100,000++ body bags. By the CDC’s estimation, deaths will hit about 3,000 people per day by June 1.

Scientists have discovered that daydreaming is an important tool for creativity. It causes a rush of activity in a circuit, which connects different parts of the brain and allows the mind to make new associations.

You know, this thing is scary. We can be so grateful for two things, specifically.
Jehovah is in charge, and, there will be ones alive to make it into the new system.
I’m thinking that some of those in charge are thinking, “the human race has to be culled out” . We can get rid of the poor, black, and brown. Covid will simply kill then off.
And, what they want, will be a reality. A specific race, and, monied.

I want to age without sharp corners, and have an obedient heart!

That’s a pretty harsh assessment and presumes to know the motive of the US President almost clarvoyantly.
The reality is that to keep the states from reopening is NOT within the power of the Federal government. To keep the states from not reopening is not within the power of the federal government. The most controlled areas of the country ( NY state for example) have had more deaths in Nursing homes alone than the Total deaths combined in 33 states. And Chicago, that cities residents can barely comply with social distancing long enough to stop shooting one another at street parties.  So why should a state like South Dakota be subjected to the same restrictions as Washington?  It’s like saying that the head of the UN should be held accountable for the global death toll.

Interesting, I would not think that myself or my coworkers in healthcare are truly in the category of poor, nor exclusively black or brown. We are quite a mixed group and yet we are among the highest working age demographic to die from this. Amazingly, this virus does not appear to have race as its main target group, nor is being wealthy ( Gordon Brown : oops he’s brown ) any guarantee of survival . Example: the Dominican Republic is quite hard hit, Yet on the same island is perhaps the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere: Haiti. Which appears to be relatively untouched. What makes the difference? Easy, just about everyone loved vacation in the DR while Haiti people will pay to avoid.  It’s all about travel patterns . Airports in large cities with dense populations.

I agree. I can see me being influenced by my husband. Thank you.

In reality, we don’t think in terms of race, more wealth, (money wealth)

But, as much as I realize the news he is watching is tainted, here I am.
Seeping into me. 😭😫😖😣😡

It’s easy to get exposed to the OTHER virus. And I agree, it’s more about poverty than race and more about geography than poverty. A poor person living in the countryside in a trailer is much better off than a wealthy person living or working in a crowded city.

Funny about that, so far it isn’t women , girls or people with disabilities that are most at risk from COVID-19.  It older people, people with preexisting conditions and Men. Especially men who are working in crowded conditions. But whatever helps.

Yep, this really happened. Foolishness abounds. The only thing about this that is .. well, off a bit . Is that supposedly the police failed to contain armed protesters  I’ve looked at a few of these protesters from this event. They are well armed. Some are in the gallery above the state senate floor. It does not seem that the police COULD have prevented them from doing anything at all. Nice of her to criticize them when very clearly they are outgunned, and any large scale attempt to engage the armed protesters ( who appear to have been making a show of force rather than actually intending violence) would have escalated things horribly.  One last thing, with all those armed and agitated people it is amazing that not one person appears to have actually committed violence. But the general point that things ARE escalating is well received.

Shouldn't non-profit businesses be able to qualify for a business loan?

Yeah, because don't believe for a second they're getting anyone to go back into quarantine, and I am speaking about people in general. Some businesses have already opened in violation of the governor's orders locally and have massive support. People showed up at our capitol with guns, probably a symbolic demonstration of exercising their rights regardless of any executive order(s).

Locking down is a one time shot, so they have to get it right the first time because there are no do-overs. Reclosing businesses, telling people to back into their homes will fester the distrust people have of the government to the point where it will get ugly.

You can't put toothpaste back into the tube.

A top aide to Vice President Pence has tested positive for the coronavirus, making her the second known person working at the White House to contract the illness in the past two days, according to several people familiar with the situation.

Katie Miller, the vice president’s press secretary, was notified Friday about the result, according to people familiar with the situation who spoke on the condition of anonymity because it had not been publicly announced by the White House. Miller confirmed to NBC News that she tested positive and said she was asymptomatic. The White House earlier in the day confirmed that a member of Pence’s staff tested positive but did not disclose the individual’s name.

Why farmers dump food and crops while grocery stores run dry and Americans struggle

How COVID-19 impacts the US farming industry

Farmers across America are facing severe economic hardship due to the coronavirus; Western Growers president and CEO, Dave Puglia weighs in.

Get all the latest news on coronavirus and more delivered daily to your inbox. Sign up here.

As the coronavirus pandemic continues to wage a silent war across the country, American farmers are being forced to pour out milk, crush eggs, toss fresh fruits and vegetables, euthanize livestock and plow under perfectly robust crops

Meanwhile, financially beleaguered Americans are lining up at food banks in unprecedented numbers, humanitarian leaders fear a global starvationpandemic is burgeoning, and grocery store shelves are sparsely filled.

So what has gone wrong?

A dramatic dip in demand, weak links in the highly consolidated supply chain, and decades of industry monopolization, experts say.

“A large portion of our food is now produced for restaurants, hotels, schools, and institutional users, about 50 percent. Those markets have effectively closed up, and there is not enough demand for home use now,” Dan Glickman, Executive Director of the Aspen Institute and former U.S. Secretary of Agriculture, told Fox News. “Nor is the supply chain set up for this rapid transformation.”

From his purview, the supply chain has become very centralized, especially in meat and poultry

My own thoughts: as some on the forums have mistaken the intent of farmers dumping produce to be out of greed . Hopefully this article will help clarify some of the issues envolved.

Coronavirus Hijacks the Body From Head to Toe, Perplexing Doctors

More than a respiratory infection, Covid-19 wreaks havoc on many organs; inflammation and abnormal blood clotting are likely culprits

Garvon Russell was having trouble breathing when he arrived sick with Covid-19 at a New York City emergency room. By the time he left the hospital two weeks later, he had battled the new coronavirus all over his body.

His lungs were inflamed, their tiny air sacs filled with fluid that made it hard for oxygen to get into his bloodstream. His kidneys failed with Mr. Russell in septic shock from his infection.
Then, when it looked like he had turned the corner, his bedside nurse noticed his left leg was swollen. Doctors found a blood clot in a deep vein.

Mr. Russell, a 67-year-old retiree, said he feels lucky to have survived: “It’s nothing to play with.”
