What we may consider "favorable" may not necessarily be "favorable".

Imagine if Brother Christensen has a very good conversation with another inmates who wants to know more about the truth in the meantime... Jehovah may use a negative decision to help this inmate.

So, whatever the outcome is, may Jehovah will be done, and may Brother Christensen and his wife continue to do their best with endurance and joy.

That's sad, but to many it was expected.

A few days ago one of the headlines in a news report was something like 'Putin Ignores Rest of the World' and it was mainly referring to the alleged poisoning situation of one of Russia's citizens.

Not wishing to get political in any way, but it has to be acknowledged that despite protests from a number of foreign governments JW's are singled out for the worst treatment. At the moment there is no justice for Witnesses in Russia, and their president cares little what others think. 😧

Sometimes when things look bad the outcome of it is completely different

we know that Jehovah is in control of everything

whatever the outcome is at the end it will be for His glory and that His glorious name be sanctified

When the Israelites seemed to be trapped in view of the Egyptians...they seemed an easy prey and finally all enemies disappeared

During the time of king Jehoshaphat ...they were delivered miraculously

and we all know of so many situations that seemed with a bad outcome ...there is a big list ...

And in any case this new trial will be for Jehovah’s glory sooner or later

He is in control whatever happens
