Recommended Posts

I did not know where to put this message but it is about a new book by one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

This book answers questions like:

·        WHY ARE THERE OVER 500 STORIES ABOUT A GLOBAL FLOOD         FROM EVERY CORNER OF THE WORLD?

·        WHY DID MAMMOTHS AND OTHER FAUNA FREEZE SO QUICKLY WHILE THEY WERE STILL EATING PEACEFULLY IN ONLY CERTAIN PARTS OF THE ARCTIC CIRCLE?

·        WHY DO PYRAMIDS ON OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE WORLD ALL HAVE AN ORIGIN RELATED TO THE FLOOD OF NOAH’S DAY?

·        WHAT EVIDENCE SEEM TO INDICATE WHAT THE CAUSE WAS OF THE GLOBAL DELUGE?

·        WHY DOES THE TOPOGRAPHY OF THE EARTH HAVE CRACKS AND MISSING SECTIONS LIKE IT WAS ATTACKED?

·        WHY IS THERE A CRACK ENCIRCLING THE ENTIRE WORLD LIKE THE SEAM OF A BASEBALL?

·        WHAT MEANING DOES THE GLOBAL FLOOD HAVE FOR US TODAY?

·        HOW CAN WE HAVE A FUTURE WITH NO MORE SUFFERING, NO MORE DEATH, NO MORE FEAR OF COMETS, A RETURN OF OUR LOVED ONES WHO HAVE DIED TO A PARADISE RESTORED HERE ON EARTH WHERE PEOPLE CAN LIVE FOREVER?

Hi brother, it is fine to write defenses of the Bible and to strengthen faith in it.

A question: Do you address reports of Siberian fauna being frozen in different seasons and if any birds were also found frozen?

Please don't ask writers to share their books for free🙂. Imagine you worked for hundreds of hours at your job and your super then told you that you wouldn't be getting paid for it because someone wanted a freebie. Of course, it's their preogative if they wish to, but this may be someone's livelihood. (As an aside, we also should not be using pirated book sites to obtain ebooks -- or anything else -- for free.)

Many books can be obtained via your local library, and they often also have ways you can view ebooks through their portal.

I read PhD papers/books for free by asking gently the authors. These are peer-reviewed. I just wanted to do the same here.

Brother Bruce, this looks very interesting. I've long since been fascinated by the pre-flood and early post-flood world. I am wondering about your answer to the question about why wooly mammoths died while eating. I've heard some associate that with the flood itself, however wooly mammoths had adapted wool to cope with the ice age that directly followed the flood, so it would be good to hear an alternative explanation...Perhaps it was a storm that got so cold that even mammoths covered in wool froze?

I'm also particularly interested in the comet idea, as most paleontologists believe that saurians (i.e. dinosaurs, pterosaurs, etc.) became extinct due to a comet that apparently hit the Yucatan peninsula.

There is evidence as presented in the book that a very large fragmenting comet affected the Arctic Circle and the collapse of the atmosphere in that particular area of temperatures under -200 degrees [which is closest to the earth at the North Pole] would have very rapidly freeze not just mammoths but many fauna in that area. The comet in question has remnants around today known as Encke and the Taurid meteor stream which main section affects earth at November 3rd. the approximate time of the Biblical Flood. Scientist {Clube and Napier and others} have stated that the comet had a major breakup as it approached earth about 4400 years ago {cirra 300 yr.} which also corresponds to the date for the Flood. {And of course the holiday Halloween at the same time a memory of the flood} Of the over 500 flood stories many do mention a celestial phenomena or a comet associated with the onset of the flood. And ancient historians also mention what they call the "flood comet". All the evidence for this and much more is in the book.

Also, why do you write on your book's cover:

Quote

Evidence of a global flood caused by the break up of a large comet

🤔

How does this support the Biblical account of the flood of Noah's Day?

That subject is also mentioned in the book.

Mentioned?  You mean, as in just another one of the over 500 'stories' about a global flood? 🤔

No as in evidence other than Biblical. Like a whale fossil in the mountains of Vermont and fossils of ocean creatures on top of Mt. Everest...things like that. And evidence that God may have used a comet to bring the flood as there is a substantial amount of evidence which is the purpose of the book as i have studied the material over many years and have over 200 books dealing with the subjects so i put it all together according to our knowledge of the truth. Of course once Noah and his family are resurrected I may have to write a sequel. LOL

If I read your book's cover correctly, you are stating that the 'progenitor' of the global flood was a thing=a large comet that broke up?

There is an "origin" comet a progenitor of Encke and the Taurid stream which broke up at the time of the flood according to several scientists.

So, you feel a comet caused the global flood, but Jehovah caused the comet?

Jehovah can easily use a natural thing already in existence to cause things to happen. He could have just snapped his fingers to cause the flood {a miracle - or something beyond scientific explanation] but i have found evidence that he used a comet by perhaps nudging it into an earth crossing orbit. I simply present the evidence for others to ponder.

I  have always wondered about the cause of the Grand Canyon. I don't believe it was possible for the Colorado River as they say, to have done it.

Have you come across any evidence of what it could have been....

One small crack doesn't mean you are broken; it means that you were put to the test and didn't fall apart..

Right after the flood as the waters were draining may have contributed to it as the Colorado River would have been much larger and may have channeled the water throughout the Grand Canyon. After a heavy rainfall if you visit a sand pit the same overall structure on a small scale appears very much like that Canyon and many others around the world. I do not not have evidence only educated conjecture based on appearances and structure.
