Here is another photo from the same source. This was taken in downtown Depoe Bay. That is highway 101 in the photo. Interesting thing besides the high spray is neither the spray nor the height of it. Ordinarily, the spray would blow clear to the other side of Coast Highway. This time we didn't have to turn on our wipers, the spray blew back over the ocean.

If you aren't familiar with Depoe bay you might find it interesting.  Google it.
