That calls to mind a companion from wirk.. Pin worms had infected the community. He and his wife took their young son and daughter to the doctor and who prescribed medicine for the whole family to take. He warned them it would turn their stool red, to which my friend in all ignorance asked "But it will wash off won't it?"

The other day my daughter was parked in a local fast food when this elderly lady and her  old friend pulled in along side her.
