Not yet, no updates available. I expect later this month the first monthly update will be released. At least I hope so. Watchtower Library is just ideal & comprehensive to use at home for research and preparing for talks, I use it frequently.

The link is to the zip files for the WTLIB for Windows, it will not work on Android.

I thought that this was the way it was going to be done.  However, since that time I was told that I had to order the 2016 DVD in order to get the updates.  Since that time I have both ordered and received my 2016 DVD and installed it.
