Updates to JW Library (iOS, Android, Windows)

I hate to sound like a idiot...LOL I'm still trying to get used to my iPad mini.

Do I have to do anything to get the updates. Do I have to go to iTunes and do anything to get the new info?

None of my friends at the hall have a tablet...so don't really have anyone to ask. Trial and error !!!

You click on the app store icon. Once in the app store look on the bottom for purchased - click that. You'll see any apps that need updating there. Usually there will be a number in a red circle on that icon showing how many updates are available.

This is making me kinda mad - my Android tablet hasn't updated the JW Library yet to include the new songs and the 2015 Examining the Scriptures. I have it on automatic uppdate - any way to force one? Nevermind, just went to the playstore and it allowed me to update from there. Odd that the update didn't just come in on it's own though.

Go to "Play Store" then go to apps and then click the 3 horizonal lines in the upper left of the screen and then click on "my apps". You will then see a list of apps you can update.

It wasn't in that list, but when I did a search for the app and pulled it up, then the button for "update" was colored in and I could click and update from there.

When we had CO visit I pranked COW with Musky's highlighting prank. She was so excited to see highlighting on JW Library that she fell for it hook line and sinker. I'm bad!

FINALLY!  I hope it's the update I've been waiting for - being able to highlight and makes notes within the publications and bible in the app!  If it's major though, it probably will involve a lot more!  Sad thing is - the ipad users will get it first!!! Its the only time I wish I didn't have an Android

Thanks Chuck   ...   Just a feeling, but since Equipd & iSilo to stop further advancements in this same month - and now hear the timing of JW Library to step up   ... it seems like a good feeling.

I hope for the best in 2015   ...   We may all be "on the same page"   ... that's Unity!

Android users got the last big update a few days before the Apple users.
