I actually thought I needed new glasses.  But it was ok until I saw Vernalee!!  I enlarged the pic and then realized what was happening.  And, Astrid!  Great pictures.   Hate to post mine - I was married so long I had a 'mu stash'  just like my husband Larry.  LOL.  A fun way to start the day.  Thanks.

I came upon this pic in my Jigsaw Puzzle App and thought for sure it had to be photo-shopped.

But it turns out that it is just another display of Jehovah's AMAZING creativity!!!

There really is a Papuan Hornbill bird and it really does look that beautiful, all-be-it a bit odd.

My mom's mother was that - although my great grandfather was of the English branch of Penn Dutch ( AKA Penn German -- Deutsch = German )

 It's double Dutch to me 😂. I found out on Wikipedia that Pennsylvania Dutch is actually 'old' German (it differs a lot from modern German). Beautiful to see how much effort is done to reach people.

My son and I had to rescue a turtle the other day. The poor thing was upside down on the side of the road and couldn't turn itself over. It was so hot that day, it surely would have died, but we got it turned over. It took a little prodding to get it going, but off it went in the grass. Happy ending. 🙃

I watched a box turtle the other week slowly crossing my patio, when suddenly his neck stretched out as far as possible and he started 'running' if you can imagine a turtle doing that. I raised my eyes in the direction he was headed and there was another one just like him..they both ambled off together into the (sunset) grassy lawn..

Anyway they had snapping turtles hatching there. 😳

Nice Pic! Please keep posting. I have been having hand paralysis as well as extreme all night pain. First diagnosis _ burned the inside of my hands on steering wheel. Second diagnosis - severe bilateral Carpal tunnel needs surgery, pronto. New specialist thinks either Lyme disease or arthritis flare up. Should have more specific testing Monday, but not counting on quick verdict. Hope you haven't been suffering long and that your relief will be quick. Y(movement restored, hoping for some strength)S
