Ugh, I feel like a dork now. I had the right book all along. I didn't need to get one tonight. I thought I had the old one. Sadly it's been that long since I've pulled out that book.

Hi Abbey - Once the Moderation team gets to know new members and moderation has been removed and full access is granted,  then members have access to all forums.
