🤯 I think you meant 3:50 in the video.  The video ends at 5:31

However this only saves your notes and highlights and doesn't save the media (audio, video, publications)

Thank you for this information.  I have looked and looked for this information.  So! I followed the instructions and did it early this morning.  Now, I have to find where I put the file and in the future remember!  Will take practice for me but am so happy to get the instructions again.

My update was - maybe - included the 2019 Research Guide, a song, and added another to the explanation of scripture.  That's all I see.

How do I delete multiple downloaded publications at once? For some reason, I can no longer do it by following the instructions on our website.

I hope someone can help me.  I noticed about 2 or 3 updates ago that my JW Library app on my android box will not just "play" video's anymore.  I can download them and watch them that way, but it no longer will just play them without downloading them first.  My Android Box is still an OS that is supported by JWL so I'm not sure what has gone wrong.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but encountered the same problem.  Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?  By the way, it's not my internet connection - I have terrific internet and I have this problem only with this app and no other.

It sounds like streaming is no longer working.  I would go to "Home" then click on settings.  The top 3 options are Stream over cellular, Download over cellular and Offline mode.  make sure they are set appropriately.

Thanks, already checked all those settings.  Finally called the Branch, so far they can't figure it out because I can stream anything in the Teaching Toolbox but not under the "What's New" heading.  Can't download now without the app crashing either.

The convention released tap is now available in the app, but when I click on day 1 tab in the app closes. This is on my iPad Air 4.
 

Anyone having the same issue?

I can confirm the “Convention Releases” tap works on Android. It contains, as expected, the Day One release for the 2022 Regional Convention: Jacob—A Man Who Loved Peace.

 

The Convention Releases tap is also available in jw.org, too.

I tried it on my Iphone (Xmax) and my Ipad Pro and they all worked correctly.  I also tried it on my Android phone (android 10) and it also works OK.  I tried the JEW Library app and directly from the JW.ORG,

Interestingly enough - the JWL on my Windows PC has the Convention Releases tab, followed by the Day 1 tab and then the release(s) for the day ... however, there is NOT a qualifying question about having already attended/viewed the session.

In previous years there was a box you had to check stating that you already attended/viewed the Convention before you could see and/or download the releases

That box popped up when I browsed it on JW.ORG. But my JW Library crashes when I tap Day 1

After update my JW Library displays releases but doesn’t ask about viewing program. However, the website asks this question:

My JWL shows Day 1 and when you open it, the Audio Drama is listed.  In my case it is listed twice.,  But both copies show "0" bytes in size.  when you try to download and install it makes an attempt and then gives and error.  If I try to just click on the thumbnail picture, it starts streaming the mateial.
