Interesting , not questioning it but was wondering why ?

Occasional bush fires in Australia, actually help to germinate seeds and benefit forests in many ways,

Ask any Aboriginal person ....

The problem is with big, uncontrolled fires that spread over huge areas damaging wildlife etc.

Oh wow , thank you that is so interesting , I have been reading about it .

I read an article that it is necessary for our ecosystem with the ashes , nutrients returning to the soil instead of laying captive in old vegetation .

Jehovah has everything working just perfectly.

I learned something today.

How will we greet each other , no need to mention the weather either (or is that just us in the UK - every conversation we mention the current weather)

Well like Eric said we won't need to say How are you? Maybe we'll just say, Great to see you, Happy you are here! 😃

How are you making all of the animated emojis?
Great answers by the way!

I've been collecting animated gifs since I first got the internet, back in 2001.

I've got a LOT of them. :D

I just click choose files and pick the gif I want.

Twinkies

Nooooooooooo!

It’s okay, I’m an adult now and haven’t had one in years.

I’m surprised no one mentioned this one, yet.

Telephone poles and power lines

I’m a strong believer that we will be able to safely harness the power of electricity (and other power sources), but not excessively, and not in a way that mars the beautiful landscape Jehovah has provided.

In the case of Aboriginal people, they used fire to alter the environment so they would have better hunting. We won't be hunting in the new world.

Consider this my dear brother: actually help to germinate seeds and benefit forests in many ways,,

I was not referring to hunting.

There are pine trees that the cones do not release the seeds unless heated to degrees only found in fires - not summer heat.

Underground utilities do not mar the landscape ... just saying - there are more to utilities that just electricity.

I definitely will want a refrigerator- how to keep food fresh and cold (ice cream?) without it?

If not grocery stores, definitely markets will be great- how else to get rid of all those zucchini and tomatoes and score some oranges and bananas? And other items you may not have in your own garden?

Radiators/ heater- yes. I love cool/cold days outside and snuggy warmth inside.

One thing I think we won't have is our own "personal idea" of Paradise. Each of us will have readjust our thinking as to what is "perfect", necessary, correct, even good or bad from our own perspectives.  Every one of us will say, "oh! I didn't think it would be like that" ... and be completely satisfied with it 😉😊
