Is chairing the same as sitting?

Seriously, looking for it.

No, they are not the same.

Chairing

1) act as chairperson of or preside over (an organization, meeting, or public event).

2) carry (someone) aloft in a chair or in a sitting position

Example:

rjxljphyh8n11.thumb.jpg.b066e88dc50ae51a9f4651a8c098ec15.jpg

Sitting

1) If you are sitting somewhere, for example in a chair, your bottom is resting on the chair and the upper part of your body is upright.

Example: 5035.thumb.jpg.602f835b266c160138b10f9ad12737a5.jpg

So, when @Sofia said "Bro Sanderson is chairing", I take it to mean that he is the host.

In English we'd say "keep the faith."

Phillipians 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are of serious concern, whatever things are righteous, whatever things are chaste, whatever things are lovable, whatever things are well-spoken-of, whatever things are virtuous, and whatever things are praiseworthy, continue considering these things.

Can’t wait to watch it. But have to do this afternoon after service. How wonderful to be kept informed about the goings on around the world and what our dear friends are facing.

We have a brother and sister in our congregation from Poland. So she’s also trying to keep us informed as well.

Yes! We must keep awake, now even more so.
