Here is my son's sour dough bread. His early attempts had some issues. But once you sort out the dough, yeast, proofing etc, then you can get creative and add olives, spelt etc...

My husband found a great patch of Chanterelle mushrooms where he's working now. The first picture is of a bag full from Wednesday and the tray full is from yesterday. Then today is the second tray full. If I had guess it's collectively between 7-8 pounds. 

 

We downloaded a guide for wild mushrooms of the Pacific NW, he said he found 2 other local mushrooms he can pick. Said there must be 10 pounds of the 3 different kinds that are there. We can sell them for 45.00 a pound! I'm keeping 3 pounds, cooked up in the freezer, the rest will be sold to my local restaurant.

They grow in my yard. A brother who is a mushroom expert comes and picks them for himself and his wife..chanterelles are about that much around here too..
