Thanks @pgwenlan and @Bjern , I added Welsh as a new descendant of Celtic -> Brittonic.  The spreadsheet is visible here on icloud.com.

Getting there, we could reach 1000 by the memorial on Friday, April 19, 2019. Imagine inviting people in 1000 different languages.

What a shout of praise to Jehovah! 🌟

1 John 4:1 "Beloved ones, do not believe every inspired statement, but test the inspired statements to see whether they originate with God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world."

There are about 450 congregations of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Costa Rica. Their meetings are conducted in ten languages, including Costa Rican Sign Language and two languages that are indigenous to Costa Rica—Bribri and Cabecar.

It's good to post again although it's a lot slower using Excel on android.

Remember there are almost 7000 languages on this planet.  Here is an interesting quote from the "Linguistics Society Org.

As of 2009, at least a portion of the bible had been translated into 2,508 different languages, still a long way short of full coverage. The most extensive catalog of the world’s languages, generally taken to be as authoritative as any, is that of Ethnologue (published by SIL International), whose detailed classified list as of 2009 included 6,909 distinct languages.
