Updates to JW Library (iOS, Android, Windows)

Recommended Posts

I can't copy and paste! I wonder why we ( iPad users ) lost that feature, I use that alot.

On the android tablets, after you choose the text, there is a colored circle to the left to highlight and a rectangle to the right to allow for copying the text. I almost didn't see it when I was checking the highlight feature.

In iOS:

Single tap a verse to bring up the "bookmark/cross translations/copy" menu.

The copy icon is the one in the right.

With highlighted text, tap the text and you'll get the menu with the option to change highlight colour, delete it, or the > more arrow.

On Android SNote is a separate APP.

If you are taking notes or writing a talk using SNote and want to include a Scripture. Copy text from Bible in JW Library APP and then  Paste in SNote.

Note is also an IPad APP.

How did you get the copy / search / define /  topics menu ?  Is that an iOS feature.  On Windows, there is only copy - not the other three.

I'm not sure about Windows. I got to the "copy/search/define/topics" by tapping on an existing highlight, then tapping the more arrow (>).

Goodbye moon reader

Welcome jw library

Not yet for me...

I have a lot of stuff studied in Moon Reader and I like the way I can highlight on my phone and it shows up on my tablet. I will be using both apps for a while..
