I found this out the other day and though it good to share with those who didn't know it. Especially brother who give Public Talks. If you Select All in a outline and copy to the clipboard and then open WT Library (CD-Rom), click in the view box and press CTRL-ALT-C it will find all the scriptures and display the result on one go.14 points

Have courage, my dear sister! It's so awful, that if we didn't know why it's happening we would be faint out of fear. We are so close to the end, and satan is showing his rage against Jehovah's faithful ones. Somehow, Jehovah's Holy Spirit protects these ones undergoing the vilest of tests. We don't understand how they do, but they have endured in the past with Jehovah's help, and they will endure again. It is his promise. Phil 4:13 For all things I have the strength through the one who gives me power. My prayers for you, dear Victoria, and all our family over there 💕9 points -
For those who are still free from persecution, we need to remember that what we fear is often much worse and more disabling than what is or will be. (1 John 4:18) "There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts fear out, because fear restrains us. Indeed, the one who is fearful has not been made perfect in love." Jehovah will give his spirit to all such faithful brothers and sisters so that they may endure with integrity, peace and joy. (Romans 8:35-37) Who will separate us from the love of the Christ? Will tribulation or distress or persecution or hunger or nakedness or danger or sword? 36 Just as it is written: “For your sake we are being put to death all day long; we have been accounted as sheep for slaughtering.” 37 On the contrary, in all these things we are coming off completely victorious through the one who loved us. (Romans 5:3-5) Not only that, but let us rejoice while in tribulations, since we know that tribulation produces endurance; 4 endurance, in turn, an approved condition; the approved condition, in turn, hope, 5 and the hope does not lead to disappointment; because the love of God has been poured out into our hearts through the holy spirit, which was given to us. (1 Peter 4:12-14) Beloved ones, do not be surprised about the fiery trials that you are experiencing, as though something strange were happening to you. 13 On the contrary, go on rejoicing over the extent to which you are sharers in the sufferings of the Christ, so that you may rejoice and be overjoyed also during the revelation of his glory. 14 If you are being reproached for the name of Christ, you are happy, because the spirit of glory, yes, the spirit of God, is resting upon you.7 points

Allabord4Jah and 6 others reacted to Miss Bea for a topic
Victoria, my dear, precious sister. Don’t give thought to this. Pray for them, as we pray for you. Satan would like nothing more then to frighten and intimidate us. This is a fact. Jehovah is with you dear ones. He is fully aware, and he will take care of it in a proper way. Concentrate on the blessings you have been promised. I did read this, but, with so much of the news today, I see headlines, and move on. I don’t want deatails. But, these are my brothers and sister. And I need to be aware, so I can pray for them, and you, too. We will pray for you to have strength and integrity. Concentrate on the good promises Jehovah has given us. Not one has failed to come true. Not one.❤️❤️❤️7 points -

How long do you sleep?
Alexa and 4 others reacted to EccentricM for a topic
I sleep at least 12 hours daily/nightly. If I get less than 12 hours, I don't function, and feel tired all day as if I only had an hour. Typically I am awake for 12 hours, then sleep for 12. After being awake 12 hours I can't keep my head up and drop off. I sleep well, but the "time" that I sleep shifts around the clock randomly. Either my sleep pattern will slowly change hour by hour every day and works around the clock. Or I will have one night of wakefulness with no tirdness at all and be awake for 24 hours, then I will suddenly drop and sleep for 12-15 hours. The longest I have slept is 24 hours. But either way, my sleep "quality" is always fantastic, just my sleep "patterns" are erratic. I'll be sleeping from 6am-6pm for a couple of weeks to a month, then it will suddenly shift to 9am-9pm, then 12am-12pm, then to 4pm-4am, 6pm-am, 9pm-9am, 12am-12pm... and so on all around the clock. And then I may be at something say like... 9am-9pm for a while, then in a single day I will be awake from 9am-5am with no tiredness whatsoever until dropping off, and have a dramatic sleep pattern shift right to the 5am-5pm schedule (or whatever it may be). This is one of the main reasons I can't work, as my sleep patterns are too unreliable. I've missed several family events due to it as well. People who know me online will often notice I'm around at several different times, posting, chatting or playing games, and sometimes get confused to why I'm there one week and absent the next, until they realise I'm just sleeping at all different times.5 points -

Dangerous Medicines aka Antibiotics ....
Brenda and 3 others reacted to cricket246 for a topic
First off I am not advising anyone to take or not take a medicine, I know we all have different bodies and are affected differently, I just wanted to warn you dear ones of a group of medicines that are doing a lot of damage to many people.... ❤️ The group of medicines, known as fluoroquinolones (Levaquin, Cipro, Levofloxacin, Avelox, etc.) Have been labeled as deadly, especially for older ones or those with high blood pressure, heart issues, nerve/muscle damage, etc. Their side effects consist of aortic dissections, heart issues, permanent nerve and muscle damage, mental illness and even death. A news article recently said one woman even killed herself after a single dose... Unfortunately, I have taken two of the meds, over 3 different times. I have been researching and giving thought to my medical history. My health took a sudden spiral downward around 2012-2014, it was like someone knocked my feet out from under me. I started experiencing symptoms that were new and scary. Then after some digging, I discovered I started having stomach issues after the 1st/2nd dose and my gallbladder went defunct 2 months after my 3rd dose of these meds. Then I started having chest wall inflammation, high blood pressure bouts, and the nerve/muscle pain just continued getting worse. Now, they want to diagnose me with bone spurs, Fibromyalgia, etc.... I'm begging you dear ones, please research any kind of treatment before you make a decision... Unfortunately, there are no definite tests at this time to test for fluoroquinolone toxicity syndrome and many doctor's don't even know or believe in it... I just wanted to give you a heads up and remind you, the choices you make today can affect you down the road...4 points -

I found this article that should help.... https://www.jw.org/en/publications/magazines/wp20110501/peaceable-people-defend-name/ Here is a quote from that article; *** w11 5/1 p. 20 A Peaceable People Defend Their Good Name *** A Powerful Message The tract Could It Happen Again? A Question for the Citizens of Russia clearly shows the public that Jehovah’s Witnesses are not extremists. It exposes the similarities between the current attempts to discredit the activity of Jehovah’s Witnesses and the steps that led to the unwarranted and tragic persecution that the Witnesses experienced during Soviet times. The tract invites readers to visit a special Russian-language Web site, www.jw-russia.org, where they can find out more about the history and activity of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Russia. The tract also quotes an Internet video address by Russian President Dmitri Medvedev, given in honor of the national Day of Remembrance of Victims of Political Repression. Although a small religious minority in the Soviet Union at the time, Jehovah’s Witnesses were among those harshly repressed by the Soviet regime.4 points

What stood out to me and the thought it left me with is how much the early Christians suffered, and how strong their faith was. It made me wonder if I could have been used as a human candle or faced those lions. But they did and are an example of what’s possible with Jehovah’s holy spirit.3 points

Interesting that Morris said "what about those professing to be one of Jehovah's Witnesses" in regards how they treat each other as marriage mates. Basically it means that being a Witnesses is not the same as how the world views being a "Christian". All you have to do is claim that you accept Jesus as savior and no one is supposed to question that no matter how you live your life. However, if you're not living your life in line with the standards that you profess to live by, you are merely "professing" to be a Jehovah's Witness. So there are a such thing as a "professed" Jehovah's Witnesses. Never really looked it at that way until this broadcast.3 points

One of my mother's cousins was fathered by an Irish priest. My mother is African and this cousin had a black mother and a white irish priest as a father. The child looked completly white and had a hard time poor thing. She eventually migrated to Ireland. I once asked my mother if in her village all the girls were raped by the priests, she said she didn't know but that all her friends had been, it was almost universal. Those nasty men ran the schools and took any pretty girl they wanted. I will not tell my mother's story for it is not mine to tell, but as you can imagine I'm afraid I cannot look at an Irish Priest without feeling sick to my stomach (not metaphorically, literally). This was in the villages 60 years ago. Yes the Catholic ran institutions in the west are now telling their stories but who is there to tell the story of all those hundreds, thousands of girls (and boys) in Africa, Asia? South America, in the orphanages, schools and collages, in the villages before the internet? ... as for how many children have been fathered by Priests? Who knows, but I think it's fair to say it isn't "rare"!3 points

From my buddy in New York to whom I sent this link... https://jw-russia.org/en/news/19021923-622.html ... tonight was his mid-week mtg: Thanks again. I just read the first sentence and I heard friends gasping and demonstrating displeasure and empathy for our brothers. Young teenage servant came up to me and said, "I looked but I didn't see it on jw.org news." When I told him the website he said, "are you sure that that's our website?" Then when I showed it to him he said, "whoa I never knew about this. that's cool"2 points

Physicians at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford have performed open-heart surgery without a blood transfusion for the smallest infant ever to undergo such a procedure in North America. The surgery, on October 31, was done in a 10-day-old baby girl born in Hemet, California with a serious congenital heart defect. Meticulous planning and execution of the surgery, an arterial switch procedure, allowed the medical team to surmount daunting technical challenges of treating a 7-pound open-heart patient without giving blood. It is the first bloodless open-heart surgery performed in an infant in the Western United States. “They said she would definitely need heart surgery, and most likely a blood transfusion, to correct the problem,” said Felisa. “We were happy there was a solution, but when they said ‘transfusion,’ my heart dropped.” The Garcia family are Jehovah’s Witnesses; they requested that Lola’s surgery be done without a blood transfusion because of their religious beliefs. https://www.stanfordchildrens.org/en/about/news/releases/2018/newborn-girl-bloodless-open-heart-surgery Article dated 2018.2 points
