This experience is from this week. A sister in our group is a very loyal and hardworking (for Jehovah) member of the congregation. Her hubby is not in the truth and is tolerant of her with the truth but very demanding of her and those around him.. Looks for broken 'rules' which other should abide by..etc They live in a small complex for retired people and his attitude is divisive and disruptive. Doesn't know when to keep quiet; of course she gets the stick for his actions. Those in the complex had stopped talking to our sister, despite her genuinely friendly nature.. All she wants is some peace. We invited her round to see us and just listened whilst she poured out her heart. It was desperate Wespoke about the things Jehovah has done for us in the past and as she is definitely loyal to Jehovah there is no way he can, or will, let this carry on. We asked her to stop trying to think of solutions and let Jehovah sort things out; she just needs to what she can. As far as she can.. 'be peaceable' to all around her. We ourselves have had times where we could not do anymore ourselves and literally threw it to Jehovah and had seen things in answer that you could not write in a book or think up! We said a prayer together and asked Jehovah to surprise her with a gift as she is so loyal to him and worse, his name is being besmirched. Next Day.. she is beaming.. It's started already! she said. Three of the worst offenders are talking to me normally as if nothing has happened! Hubby seems to be out of everyone's vicinity! Today at the meeting she mentioned something that she'd kept to herself that was really hurting but has been happening over a long period (and so thought she just had to put up with) . Constant noise from the neighbor and their 'worse' visitors, to the apartment above them. They play their TV loud till 2-3 in the morning with QVC type commercial TV with the windows open and they can't sleep very well. There is also the strong smell of cannabis. They can't open their windows because of that. The complex manager is timid and of no use in helping the peace. Well, she says to us, they upped last night and went with no warning...Gone! 'The peace is so strange' she says. It is taking time to stop listening out for it. I said we should let the rest of Jehovah's gifts play out. I don't think he's finished yet! Jehovah Does listen and IS a god of comfort!

Debbie LOVES HGTV. I can't stand it! Of course, as a building inspector, I think they skip all the important parts. and then shrink months of work and money down to 30 minutes - AS IF! But I really like this couple. They have great chemistry AND work together - hats off to them. His sense of humor and mine are very similar.

Ha we had SIX no big deal ...............LOL . I do enjoy these shows it's the only decent thing a person can watch these days. Light hearted and informative at the same time. I also like the couple Masters of Flip , she is a little blonde I they are pretty cute together too. Team work is such a positive and good thing.

Speaking of eating, I just woke and I've ordered a pizza to come today for 12pm. It's a free large pizza, 2000 are being given away today due to England playing the world cup. I don't watch sports, but the free food suits me just fine. 😄

Well I guess The Ministry got the letter from the wives and therefore his answer was for more arrests and interrogations, beatings and harassment. We became friends with Trottigy (Jerry) and Deb when they came to visit Alaska. He was born in Fairbanks at the military base here so he wanted to come and see. We had a wonderful visit and it was like we had been lifelong friends. That's the way with all the Witnesses.....we're long lost family!!!

This separating children from parents...I’ve got FB friends who are posting about this atrocity. (In the truth, FB friends) There are things I do not read about. And, if given choice would not listen to the details thereof. I have my opinions, but I try to keep them to myself. They have made this a political issue. As they have done for climate change, abortions, you name it. This system is controlled by a hateful Murder, who has no compunction about using children to make a point. (No suprise. They’ve been using unborn lives of children for how long now?) It is what it is. This system. The only thing we can do is pray for The Kingdom, and tell ones of it. Its not that I don’t care. This is as ugly as ugly gets, but we just can’t get wound up in this worlds ugliness. We, as individuals can care, and even be broken hearted, but only Jehovah has the answer. And, guess what? I have talked to Brandon, Mountain Man and Brother Arellano on a voice chat. We also text chat along with Cerebral Ecstacy, EccentricM, rlyem, Skyelr and a couple more. Also, it seems normaclutter and I were in the same small Congregation in Florida at one time. We were not on JWTalk at that time Additionally, another Brother and I are talking about taking a trip together. If we do, we will most likely come through New Orleans on Amtrak. We will have a layover while waiting for the next train. Who knows, if you, Katty, are near there, maybe we could meet and get a bite to eat

I was here several times and even posted, and I "still" make that mistaken when I get an alert for it.

I for the most part only have witness friends with a few that post political things then i unfollow them. Its not worth bringing it up to them because they won't get the point your trying to make! You will just get madder. So unfollow them. They wont know and most likely won't even care. they are not worth your friendship then are they? What if Jehovah asked why they posted that and they couldn't come up with anything? What if he said they were just like the israelites that had relations with the pagan women? They died for it. What if he said they were just like them for turning their back on him just for a second? What would they say? What could they say?

Wow love the part that they say their decisions are not legally binding on anyone. Why bother with the Human rights council then? Its a meaningless department.

As for the cameras - they are motion activated and time/date stamp the pictures. This lets the hunter know what time of day is the best time to wait for the deer. They are usually fastened to a tree with a strap that goes around the tree. It is a simple matter to see where they are aimed to make certain one is not aimed at your house. Also, most states have game laws that require hunters to be a minimum distance from houses/building for them to fire a gun. There are different laws for bow hunting. In addition, there are also regulations on how many deer and when hunters can take them. He will have to register any deer he takes from your land. You would have to make sure he properly registers any deer he takes. This would prevent him from being "in the business of supplying meat or selling meat to other people." As for the deer - I have lived on the same land for 58 years. We have deer on our land. Next door to us is a 40 acre pecan grove. It also has deer. Behind us is 3,000 wooded acres owned by a timber company. It also has deer. Our property has not been hunted on. The pecan grove has had hunting as does the 3,000 acres. In the 58 years we have been here we have not noticed the deer favoring our property over our neighbors because our land is not hunted. The deer have not avoided the grove even though hunters have taken deer there. The deer that live in this area are wild animals and have never seen Disney movies so they do not "trust" one land owner over another. They simply go where the food is. Now, a question .... if you had a pond/lake on your property and he made the same offer if you would let him fish, would you have the same concerns? Of course, he would not use a camera for fishing, but he would come there to take fresh fish. I ask because there is really no difference in fishing and hunting. Both are used to gather wild meat to eat.

Any hunting done by my family is well away from residential areas. i fully get not wanting to eat supermarket meat ... my husband worked in the abattoirs for some time ... and we always go to a butcher who sources the meat for himself for at least our red meat. But as a hunter, one would expect him to have his favourite hunting spots already, which should more than satisfy his needs. Be careful that he's not in the business of supplying meat or selling meat to other people. Go with your gut feeling on this - you know the situation better than any of us.

We had dinner with carlos and finny tonight. It was me and Denise, Richard and Linda,and our younger sister Rosellen... Carlos showed us a few pictures. We got to see trottigy and Deb, we saw Vernalee and Grumpy, we had a pretty good time. I think next time we do something like that it would work better on a Sunday. After pushing hard to get the invitation done and then trying to get everything done Thursday night, Denise and I were pretty tired after the session. I would have loved to have hung out with them longer but I knew I was gonna be blasted tired.. So what do I do? Get home and open jwtalks....lol.

I'm related to two members and I have met several members. My brother (tekmantwo) and I are meeting Carlos for dinner tonight.

Good News! jw-russia.org: Anatoly Vilitkevich released from jail On June 21 Anatoly Vilitkevich , who was detained in the remand centre for more than two months, was transferred to house arrest. Perhaps the letters demanding to stop repression against believers has done some good. I hope and pray that the same will happen with some or all of the other brothers in detention.

I think it will be cool in the paradise, not just at the ressurection but perhaps meet ones from this system who are related perhaps 4th cousins or whatever who are witnesses. I know myself if I go back to my greatgrandparents generation I have grand uncles and aunts who moved to the U.S and other places and I often wonder if any of their descendants are witnesses.These things will all be revealed soon enough.

Some time ago, my doc insisted on statins and I stopped within the first month. Then some time later, I got the hard push for statins and agreed to the one with least "side effects." Also docs wanted me to change my diet from low carb to a "more balanced" diet. While these things did not necessarily lead to my recent hospitalization (extreme anemia, low hemo scores) I was suffering for a number of months from shortness of breath, extreme limb/muscle pains, sleeplessness, brain fog. I am now tapering myself off of the statins and reducing my carbs again. I'm adding back red yeast rice, fish oil, co-q10 and am looking at other suggestion on the "lower my cholesterol thread." Sorry if I am OT (again). A week and a half ago, the docs didn't expect me to survive the night without "blood". Not only did I survive, I was discharged much sooner than any medical folks could have predicted. My primary has me seeing a cardiologist b/c of high cholesterol. I intend to suspend appts with the heart doc. I've never had a heart attack.

We can see that not all complaints are displeasing to Jehovah. The Greek-speaking Jews were not being selfish about their lot in life. They were drawing attention to the failure to meet the needs of the widows. They were not troublemakers. They directed their complaints to the apostles who saw their complaints were justified. Jehovah is a God of order, so these responsible men arranged for prompt action to be taken and unity was maintained. May we keep free from murmuring and having a unwholesome complaining spirit, but contribute to the unity of the congregation by allowing the Holy Spirit to produce love in us.
